I was really reluctant to leave Melbourne but a tad bit excited to come back to Malaysia to see the family and friends. However, things just didn't go my way. Maybe it was a sign that I shouldn't come back so soon?
The day I arrived in Malaysia, stupid blardy Air Asia gave me the worst service ever! They lost my check-in luggage bag. Yes, the big fat luggage bag. I was waiting really long for my luggages and only manage to collect one of it. I couldn't call anyone because my phone was locked. I thought it was the sim card that was giving the problem. So, I went and bought another sim card and it still didn't work. The malay worker, Azizol wasn't helpful at all and he was in-charge of the 'Lost and Found' section for my flight.
I was already panicky and going bonkers and all he can say is sorry I can't help you. What kind of airlines/worker gives this kind of service.
M: This is ridiculous!
A: No, YOU are ridiculous!
From being panicky, I became really angry! All he can say is he can't do anything. Does this means anyone who loses their luggages can't retrieve their luggage if they can't produce their air ticket? Bulls!
I had to calm down and slowly work around it since he is being a total ass and I can't get my luggage bag.
Filled in some kind of form and left. Mum helped me to follow up on the process since I was just not in the mood of doing it and SO not in the mood of talking to that guy again. Malaysia, memang boleh -.-"
They only managed to get my bag back on Saturday. Apparently, it was still in Melbourne even though he said that it wasn't.
Lesson learnt :
1) Buy Air Asia Insurance
2) Keep ALL your tickets, boarding pass and whatsoever until you reached home and opened your luggages.
3) Don't fly Air Asia? LOL.
Anyway, enough of Air Asia. This is how I spent my last 3 days in Melbourne.
